Balance your Mind and Body

Being Mindful allows you to bring your mind and body into balance. When we talk about being mindful we talk about living in the present moment but living a mindful life is so much more than that. To live our best lives we must look to keep both our minds and bodies in balance. When we meditate we are encouraged to keep our spines straight, heads upright and even our weight equally between both sides so we are in balance. When being mindful we are practicing keeping our emotions balanced by easing our stress and negative thought patterns. When either our mind or body is out of balance we put pressure on our bodies and well being. When our body or mind is not at ease it is at dis-ease. Just think about that for a moment and understand the importance of living a mindful life.
