Mindfulness for me was the key that brought everything together. Once I began to practice it, gratitude, self-love, manifestation all became easier. Mindfulness is a way of life, a practice you choose to commit to. It is not a course you take and then that's it you're mindful! Mindfulness is a journey. If you choose this journey you will be continually learning and evolving. It is a peaceful, joyous, inspiring way to live your life. 

Mindfulness is not meditation. While meditation is a fantastic tool to use in practising mindfulness, it is just that, a tool. There is so much more to mindfulness. 

 

Having suffered from depression and anxiety for most of my life I credit Mindfulness with making a huge change in my emotional wellbeing. It changed my Mindset. Am I perfect? No. But now I have far more happy days than sad. I am calm and relaxed rather than anxious. How? Choosing to live mindfully gave me perspective. I was finally able to start living in the present and stop worrying about the past or being anxious over the future. This together with gratitude, manifestation and self-care, has brought new meaning and purpose to every day. It has brought me happiness and helped me to rediscover the real me. My professional and personal lives transformed and I am confident in who I am, and I accept and love myself.
